Maison Kanayama open air roof garden benefits from a power spot energized by the very presence of Mount Fuji. Organic vegetables and other plants and flowers are nurtured there. We introduce the special techniques and research conducted there.

手前の三角形の菜園コーナーにも小さな芽が出ています。
こちらは背丈が伸びるパプリカ、ピーマン、おくらなどを蒔きました。
有機の土、水、空から降りそそぐ光が野菜たちの成長を支えています。
