萌黄色のレタス。最初からいろいろ混ざっていた「ミックスリーフ」という種から芽吹きました。
有機の土から栄養とエネルギーをたくさん吸収して育ったレタス。みずみずしさが伝わってきます。
人間も植物も良い栄養をとりいれると健康的に育つのが分かります。
ワインカラーの葉もとっても素敵ですね。
